Weekly Gym Update – BJJ

So Jits guys, I’m going to be holding off on comps for a bit. This gives us more time to train over summer, then we’ll jump back into comps hard in September. If you’re doing Jiu-Jitsu, that gives you a solid window to prepare—so get the rounds in, sharpen up, and we’ll hit the comps strong when we’re back at it.


Student of the Month – Jiu Jitsu & MMA

Liam Farrell. I’ve been really impressed with his commitment. He’s had his fair share of injuries, but he trains smart and works around them. Would benefit from some S&C, but I respect the grind. Well done, Liam. Let’s get a good roll in soon.


Boxing Update

I’m aiming to get guys fighting around February next year. I reckon by then we’ll have a solid crew ready to go and ready to win. Student of the month for boxing is Big Blair—his development’s been impressive. Hopefully he keeps pushing forward.
