Gym update


Hey everyone,


I’m going to be doing weekly updates for the club here to keep everyone in the loop on training, upcoming events, and gym growth.


Boxing 🥊


Boxing has been really busy recently, and I’ve seen some solid work from everyone. Standouts this week are Liam Byrne, and cheeky—all putting in great sparring rounds and showing serious progress. Keep it up!


BJJ 🥋


The mats have been packed lately, and I’ve seen a lot of people leveling up. Big shoutouts to Grant, Neven, and Paul—really impressed with how they’ve been rolling and improving.


New 1-to-4 Sessions 🔥


I’m introducing 1-to-4 coaching sessions for those looking for fast-track development in Boxing and BJJ. These sessions are for small groups (up to 4 people) and will come with:

• A personalized program designed for future comps.

• The option to book private sessions for either Boxing or BJJ, depending on the day.


If you’re serious about stepping up your game, now’s the time to get involved.


Fight Team Development 🏆


April is going to be a big month for competitions, with two BJJ comps lined up:

📍 April 5th – Glasgow

📍 April 27th – Newcastle


We’ll be car sharing and traveling together, so if you’re interested, don’t stress—just get involved.


Gym Growth & New Classes 📈


Good news—we’re expanding and looking to add more classes to the timetable. To make it happen, we need 10 more members to hit max capacity. If you know anyone interested, now’s the time to bring them in.
